Perfect Circle appointed to new £1.25bn consultancy utility frameworks
Perfect Circle has been appointed to two new consultancy frameworks for the utilities sector in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and a dedicated framework for Scotland.
The SCAPE direct award frameworks will support the delivery of professional services, infrastructure asset management and construction projects across sectors including ports and harbours, rail and metro, nuclear, aviation, water, renewables, energy (gas and electricity including maintenance) and telecommunications.
The £750m framework for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland will run alongside a dedicated £500m framework for Scotland. The two frameworks have been designed to empower utility sector organisations to shape their utilities programmes and projects, whilst supporting the delivery of low-carbon infrastructure and sustainability targets.
Perfect Circle and AtkinsRéalis have been appointed to deliver the £750m framework to professional services across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Perfect Circle and Arcadis to the £500m Scotland framework, which will be managed and operated by SCAPE Scotland.
