Pick Everard will continue operating unchanged as a privately owned partnership, with business activities proceeding as usual. Pick Everard will remain a highly active shareholder of Perfect Circle, which will continue its hugely successful appointment to SCAPE’s Consultancy and Utilities frameworks. Through these Gold Standard verified frameworks, Perfect Circle provides clients with the ability to effectively engage expert teams in the delivery of their projects.

There will be no change, or interruptions to delivery of service on existing commissions, with clients continuing to be supported by our trusted delivery teams. Further, there will be no changes to terms, or commercial arrangements. 

Pick Everard remains firmly committed to the success of Perfect Circle, and its SCAPE framework appointments. It will continue to work closely with all Perfect Circle partner organisations to deliver high quality technical expertise and added value services across the public and utilities sectors.
